Hello,
One of our hosted web applications require that a few of our employees upload files onto an FTP server.
I've created an FTP site on IIS 7.5 on Server 2008 R2 using SSL and imported our enterprise wildcard certificate and that certificate shows up in the dropdown menu and I selected it.
However. the Filezilla client cannot establish a session with the site but bombs out after trying to start TLS. I am not trying to connect through our enterprise gateway firewall...just first trying to get it to work internally on our LAN.
Here's the Filezilla dialogue in trying to establish a session at ftps://gpsftp@servername.domainname.com
Status: Resolving address of servername.domainname.com
Status: Connecting to 10.0.1.16:21...
Status: Connection established, initializing TLS...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server
The FTP site name is GPSFTP, basic auth enabled, anonymous disabled, 3 local users on the server are authorized to use the site, require SSL connections, no user isolation.
Thanks,
Scott
