I have a web application that allow the user to export asp.net page data (pictures mostly) to an PDF file and store on a C drive folder of the hosting computer. It is currently running on my local computer and it creates and writes the pdf file to a folder in my c drive fine. The name of the folder is being store as an app setting in the web.config file. When i host my application on the server (2008 with IIS 7.5) it thrown an error when the user try to export to PDF file so my question is How do you config IIS7.5 to allow the application to write to a folder (on the same machine or any other machine)?
