Network Monitor (version 3.4), IIS 7.0 and TCPWindowSize - TCP Stack Tuning Options

Hello fellow IIS admins:

I have noticed on the IIS 7.0 server I am administrating, does not have the following registry key value set - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\TCPIP\Parameters\TcpWindowSize

The Registry Key value for TCP1323Opts is not set either.

My understanding is: I can use Network Monitor to capture data for a formula to ensure the registry key is configured correctly.

The formula is - End to End network bandwith [in bytes per second] multiplied by Bandwith Delay product [the round trip delay in seconds].

I am not sure how to use Network Monitor to get this information.

In capturing this data, I hope to measure my system correctly and compare it with what our Networks Team provides.

Can some one advise?

Thanks.
