I tried submitting these issues with the Contact Us form, but the form failed and I'm not sure my comments reached MS.
(1) The profile update page is SSL. Some of the content (the ad banners I think) are not SSL. Therefore, the browser throws the insecure content warning.
(2) The avitar upload feature is broken. You have to click "Update" three times to get the profile page to postback; however, after the first click, the file upload control clears. You can't upload an avitar ... as far as I can tell.
(3) When submitting the Contact Us form (e.g., to report bugs such as the ones I list), you are directed to a page that no longer exists ... you get a 404 response. You don't know at that point if your form submission was accepted.
Now for some sarcasm: IIS = INTERNET Information Services. You do know that, right??!!
