I am running an IIS web application for mobile devices over our internal network, which the devices connect to via wi-fi. The first time the application is used on the device, the user is prompted for domain credentials (all devices use the same generic domain account) which are entered, saved and the device works as expected. The issue I have is that occasionly (and at random) devices will lose the credentials and the user is prompted to enter them again - no error is given, just the fields to re-enter credentials. This is a real problem because the devices have a very minimal keyboard and rely on the use of function keys to enter the credentials correctly. I'm no expert at network administration so I'm not sure where to start with diagnosing this issue. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?
