pre roll advertising

Hi, is there a product that would allow us to do the following:

We have lots of news clips that our customer play, we would like a 15 to 30 seconds advertisement of our choosing to pop up and play over the clip  before the clip starts playing?

I know of some products but they play the advertisements from their own advertisers.
