Hello.
I am taking this error when I am trying to open my sites (or application pools) :
Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Web.Configuration.AppHostFileProvider, Version=8.5.0.0,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find
the file specified.
Any idea? I am on windows 8.1 (Update 1)
