Unable to access the website by its url

Hi ,

I have a new website of which I need to setup a URL to allow user to access it -

1. Setup in ISP provider DNS to map the URL to the public ip address

2. In the IIS 7, set the binding with URL to the site

However, I can only access the website by its public ip address not the URL. Each time when I enter the url in the web browser, it shows the DNS search result. 

Any thoughts of what I might do wrong or miss ?
