After much surfing to prepare for this project to move sites from IIS 6 to IIS 8.5, I'm told, I'm not allowed to use the WPI on either server 2003 or 2012 and must move several sites and dependencies to one 2012 server. I see the IEMT is not an option because it's not free and I don't see a trial version.
One sites was perviously moved but I'm picking up from that point and person but the page site had errors. I was able to get the IIS 8.5 localhost page and access the web, but it says I do not have permission to use modules in red ink and I'll need info on how to get around that, unless that's just internals blocking me.
All surfing suggest either WPI or IEMT and the latter is not free. I do not have permissions to download anything such as IEMT or WPI. Help is very much needed. I'll need step by step and I need step by step instructions and any "Known" guides that'll help.
