IIS Express 8 -- No Command Line Help

All,

I have three machines and two of them exhibit this bad behavior I'm about to describe.

After navigating to "C:\Program Files (x86)\IIS Express", I type: iisexpress.exe /?

This command  should show me the command line options for IIS Express. Instead, nothing happens. No output and no errors. This happens regardless of whether I am running the 32 or 64 bit versions of IIS Express.

If I type iisexpress with no command line option, I see this output:

Successfully registered URL "http://localhost:8080/" for site "WebSite1" application "/"
Registration completed for site "WebSite1"

So, IIS Express is working but the "/?" switch is not.

All three machines are running Windows 7 Pro x64. The two machines that exhibit this bad behavior both have Visual Studio 2013 installed. The one machine that correctly prints the command line options has Visual Studio 2012 installed.

Has anyone else seen this or have a solution?

Thanks
