hello, first i am VERY new to iis, as in two weeks new. I work for a public school system. We have a server with win 8 on it and a playout program called Unimedia. The only function of the machine is to play school content out to our cable tv provider for them to air it. I have set everything up and can play the two test vids. I have nat linked so i can see the test vids inside and outside our domain. My problem is the company tech support cant help with the web side. They have presets in the program to link to outside web servers such as justin tv, daily motion and such. It has the web sreamer built in and they say all I need to do is use the machines static ip as the direction for playout. They also say my best option is to set up another machine as the web server and direct it to the Unimedia machine. I am not for sure how to physically get that done. I have a folder on the unimedia machine that the playout uses for the playlist. All videos there are stored as xml files, but I dont know how the get the smooth streamer to see and play multiple videos. Unimedia can be seen at their web site or demos on youtube if that would help.
