issue at the time of importing deployment package from iis7

Hi,

i have created a deployment package for my asp,net web application.

when i imports the created  deployment package in iis and the after selecting the content of packages when i clicks on next it shows me error .

" Could Not Load file or assembly 'microsoft.sqlserver.batchparser,version=10.0.0.0,culture=netural,PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. The System Cannot find specified  "
