Haunted Server... Images still hosted after being deleted...

Okay, guys, I have come across something disturbing to me - heres the short story.

I was editing my website on my PC, then uploaded the finished edit to my server using IIS 7. I noticed that an image that I removed from the index is still there on the web page (I replaced the image with another of the same name).
I then thought it would have been cache in my web browser, so I deleted it all - refreshed the page, and it was still there.
I then checked the server's image file, is wasn't in there.
So I directly right clicked it on my website and copied the file URL... it was being hosted on my server even though it is not even in my site's image folder...

I got spooked...

So I thought, "Okay, this CAN'T be happening, it's got to be an issue with my computer or browser... yeah."
I then opened my website with my iPhone 5 qwdQw#!!#1$!  OMG ITS STILL THERE!

I searched online if IIS holds images in a cache - can't find anything.
Restarted my remote server, still hosting the image.
In the remote server, when I go to localhost/sites/SITENAME, the image isn't on the web page, and it looks as it should, but only client computers see the image.

WHAT IS GOING ON???!  If no solution is found, I'm calling my friend over with her bottle of Holy Water she alwasy has in her car.
