User Isolation problem

Hello,

I have this problem that I want to deal with.

I'm using windows server 2012 R2, IIS 8 for ftp server.

This server is installed on virtual machine (vmware), so I can't use local storage as ftproot, so I want to use Mapped Network Drive as root directory.

So I added FTP site with physical path (Z:), after I created Z:/LocalUsers/username and turned on user isolation (User name directory). I also added this username in Computer Management and added it in group FTPUsers.

It still wont work.
