Rename IIS 8 Server using Script

Hi,

I have a new windows 2012 server created out of an existing image. The existing image already has IIS installed. So, in the new server built out of the existing image, it is showing Old Server Name in IIS.

I can rename it by opening the IIS Manager console and right click -> Rename.

However, is there any powershell / script which can do this change ?

I searched a lot in google with no answer. Any help is greatly appreciated.
