WAS error after moving Inetpub to other drive

Dear All,

 I have moved my Inetpub folder to an other drive but i can't restart the WAS services without this error:

  " Error 3: The System cannot find the path specified"

My registry settings are fine and pointing to the new location and if i copy back the folder C:\Inetpub\temp\appPools it's working correctly ...

is there any other place than in the registry where i should change the old path to the new path?

in my applicationHost.config everything that should point to the new location is pointing ..

i'm going crazy with this issue.

config: Windows 2008 R2 SP1 x64
