NTFS permissions for AppPool identity

Hello!

For testing purposes I run IIS 8.5 AppPools with Group Managed Service Account (gMSA).

When I test Authentication & Authorization test fails: http://prntscr.com/7jzdq2

But site content seems to work correct: http://prntscr.com/7jzf1t

So, my question is what type of NTFS permissions on physical path I need for AppPools Identity?
