IIS 6 to IIS 8.5 FTP Site Migration

Hi,

We have 100's of ftp sites with an ii6 server 2003 - we need to export all these in one go to new server 2012r2  IIS 8.5

Not sure on the process here or if this doable (in one swift move) .  but I can export a config file using the following

All tasks, Save config - (under FTP SITEs in iis 6)

what are the tasks to restore this in iis 8.5 and what could be the associated risks ??
