Today I was transferring over a entire website to the IIS server using the FTP site I created. Half way through the files stopped transferring and a connection time out issue occurred. When I try to reconnect to the server I receive a the message below. I've tested this multiple times and have received the same result.
(I replaced the IP's and URL with x's and example).

Are there load settings or something that I can change to help with this. Not to mention that when normally connecting the time out seems to be pretty quick.
