IIS Error

Hello friends,

I need help on a problem in IIS.

We have an intranet application that is running on top of IIS, sometimes the app freezes and events in the windows this message appears:

Could not create the log file C: \ inetpub \ logs \ LogFiles \ W3SVC2 \ u_ex120809.log. Make sure that the log directory is correct and this computer has write access to it.

However already checked the permissions on the log folder and compared it with another server that the problem does not exist and are equal.

What can be?
