Local IIS not accessible, VS 2008, Windows 7.

Hello, 

I am not able to access web site project from Local IIS.I have installed all the required components and running VS 2008 as administrator. 

Getting following message:

To access local IIS Web sites, you must install the following IIS componenets:

<Blank line>

In addition, you must run Visual Studio in th econtext of an administrator account.
