Server Farm Query

Hi guys,

in my server farm none of my servers are displaying any information. All the servers are online, I can ping them, RDP to them etc

But when I check my server farm under 'Monitoring and Management'

Availability is 'Unknown'

Health Status is 'Unknown'

All of the other columns are displaying a 0 value, apart from the load Balance Weight which is at its usual value.

This has only happened recently. Would a server reboot at an appropriate time resolve this issue?
