Page is bank in IIS 8.5

I have an ASP.NET 3.5 web application migrated from IIS 6 to IIS 8.5.

When I type the URL it displays a blank page.

http://alias.int.ca/webApp -- displays blank page ( code visible in the view source of browser)

Any idea ?
