As Windows 10 has been released there are new features that come with the latest version - IIS 10. Expect this in the next Windows Server release in the new year.
So we finally get support for wildcard host headers, HTTP 2, and many more things.
Not much has been publicly documented from Microsoft but this blog post contains a culmination of the new features so far discovered.
